Exchange & Return Policy
At Jeanzy, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your product.
Return Conditions:

The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags still attached.
🔄 Note: The first return or exchange is completely free!
🔁 Each customer is entitled to a maximum of two exchange requests.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:

Log in to your Jeanzy account.

Go to the “Return and Exchange” section.

Enter your order number and email or phone number.

Click "Find Order."

Choose the item(s) to return or exchange and click "Submit Request."
Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.
⚠️ Please do not send items back without submitting a return request first — these will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it's defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Replacements
If you’d like a different item, we recommend completing a return and placing a new order separately for faster processing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund (including shipping costs) will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
